How to order
To order on-line, click the “Buy for your Hut” button for each product you would like to purchase. When you are done shopping, go to checkout & complete your order.
If you would simply like to call or fax you may at 808-263-1355 to place your order.
Shipping & Surcharges
We ship UPS (your choice of service) Ground or Express
Express & Ground Shipments - once item has been packed Dimensional weight may apply and could change your shipping rate.
Verification will be made to you once order has been shipped.
Please provide us with your complete street address for shipping and phone number.
UPS cannot ship to a APO/FPO or post office boxes.
- Deliveries are Monday – Friday only (Holiday excluded)
- Once Tracking has verified that delivery has been made to your address, Hawaiian Hula Hut will not be responsible for lost packages.
- Priority Overnight 1-Business days
- 2nd Day Air 2 Business days
- Ground Service 3-6 Business days
Due to the fact that some items are oversized or may require special packaging, additional charges may apply to your regular shipping charges. We will advise you in advance before items have been shipped. All items will be insured for value of merchandise shipped.
Orders
Once an order has been received allow 3-5 business days to process orders. Items will be shipped according to your choice of service. Drop-ship items can take 3-4 weeks; some products are dropped shipped to you direct from the manufacturer.
Back ordered or Custom orders may take 2-6 weeks. If the item you ordered is back ordered our customer service department will contact you and advise of the expected delivery time.
If an item you ordered is out of stock/back ordered you will be notified by email, you are only charged for items that are shipped.
International Orders
Additional charges apply to items delivered outside the contiguous U.S. You may request shipping quote before items are ordered by emailing us. Customer/Consignee is responsible for all duties/taxes.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
Your satisfaction is very important! We strive to provide you with unique quality Art, accents and gifts. If you are not completely delighted with your purchase, please return it within 14days in the same condition, for a refund or exchange.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable once your order has been shipped.
- Customized orders and personalized products are non-refundable.
- Certain items are non-refundable when specified
Returns / Exchanges Shipments
Carefully repack products in original packing material with copy of Original Invoice.For your protection, returned merchandise must be insured for the value of your merchandise. Credits will be issued in the same manner as original payment.
Damaged goods

Tell us what the damage to the product or item is. Inspection may be made by delivery agent, depending upon value of shipment.
Or, we will ask you to return product, you will be reimbursed for return shipping charges.
Any item returned to Hawaiian Hula Hut must be sent via ground service.
Taxes
Hawaii Residents: A mandatory 4.667% sales tax will be added to all orders.
All other States are exempt at this time.
